Lost Dogs
The District Council of Yankalilla is always keen to reunite any lost dogs/cats with their owners as quickly as possible. When we receive (or collect) a stray animal, we always check whether the animal is registered or has a microchip with up-to-date owner information.
Whenever possible, we upload details and photos to our Facebook account and website in the hope that social media will assist us.
Unfortunately, there are times we are unable to reunite, and in these cases, we take the animal to the Lonsdale RSPCA animal shelter for holding.
