Customer Service Request
A customer service request is an application to have Council or its representative take some form of action to provide or improve a Council service.
The online system allows residents to lodge requests for a variety of service needs such as road maintenance, street tree pruning and graffiti removal.
Once a request has been lodged, a unique identification number is issued, allowing the customer to quickly seek further information if required.
All requests are allocated to the appropriate Business Unit within the next working day.
