Without a doubt, we are in a time of enormous disruption. Whether from the impacts of bushfires, changing regulations, new competitors or COVID-19. This hands-on workshop will assist business to become more resilient and profitable.
Key outcomes from the workshop will be:
- Gain new insights and practical resources to help design and deliver new products and experiences that add value to the individual business and the overall region.
- Developing a new perspective to challenge and change so business can successfully reinvent into the future and maintain a positive and resilient outlook.
- Identify current gaps in service delivery and work on finding solutions needed to close any existing gaps in service experience.
- Design a business that can fight smart when it comes to competition and uncertainty.
- The opportunities that exist as a community when we re-set and positively challenge our commonly held beliefs and "the way we have always done business".
Ali Uren, Kiikstart leads this highly interactive session. Ali's workshops are based on principles of quality, positive impact and less waste - if we can't measure it, we don't do it! Ali's expertise has been recognised with her appointment as an Australian Regional Tourism Ambassador.
