Congratulations Charlotte
The District Council of Yankalilla would like to congratulate local resident Charlotte Walker on her recent election as a Senator for South Australia.
Charlotte Walker, who grew up in Normanville and Yankalilla has been elected to the Senate as part of the Labor Party ticket and will now represent our state at the federal level.
At 21 years old, Charlotte becomes the youngest person ever elected to the Senate – an extraordinary achievement and an inspiring example of what young people from our district can accomplish.
