Council has received numerous phone calls this morning from residents concerned about a helicopter flying low to the ground spraying an unknown liquid adjoining the Yankalilla Township
If any residents have any information on the actual location of the spraying, identification of the helicopter, etc. it is suggested they contact Primary Industry SA’s Rural Chemicals Hotline on 1300 799 684
They have jurisdiction over spray drift and will follow up the issue with the operator, if they can be determined, on behalf of the community
