Join our National Tree Day Planting Event
The community planting day is a part of the Our Plover Coast: Dune Restoration Project” that is working with community groups and local councils to restore the dune systems from Myponga Beach to Goolwa. The focus of this project is to remove introduced grasses along the coast, and revegetate the dunes with the local native spinifex plants.
Please bring your own gloves and weather appropriate clothing.
When: 10am-12noon Sunday 31st July
Where: Rotunda Car park, Gold Coast Drive, Carrickalinga
Refreshments and lunch will be provided to volunteers after the planting.
