Community Grants

Are you part of a community group, charity, or not-for-profit organisation looking to fund a local project?

The District Council of Yankalilla offers one round of Community Grants each year, typically opening in August or September.

When applications open, we invite all eligible groups to apply for funding to support projects that:

  • Strengthen our community
  • Enhance health and well-being
  • Encourage participation in social, cultural or recreational activities
  • Address local needs and priorities

For the 2026/27 financial year, a total of $7,500 has been allocated. Individual projects can receive up to $1,500 in funding. See below for eligibility criteria and key dates.
