Hi. We are Bridgett and Chris Day of Cockatoo Creek farm.
We produce grass fed lamb, cold pressed olive oil and mix variety garlic on our 80 acre farm in beautiful Yankalilla on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. .
We integrate a range of natural farming approaches, such as regenerative agriculture, holistic management and permaculture, and the addition of organic minerals, compost, and beneficial microbes. All work is done with care by us and our family and friends.
