SA Power Networks (SAPN) has advised Council that there will be an interruption to power supply at Trig Point Road, Myponga for maintenance and upgrade work.
Council are unsure as to who will be affected.
Power will be interrupted between 8.00am Monday 16 April 2020 and 3.00pm Monday 16 April 2020.
Please ensure you notify anyone who will be working with electricity or electrical appliances at your property on this date, because the power may be reconnected at any time.
For safety reasons, you must notify SAPN if, while the power is interrupted, you intend to use a portable generator that is not permanently installed and wired. SAPN need to ensure it does not back-feed power back into the network as this may create a dangerous situation - both for you and for SAPN employees working on the network.
These plans may change
Please note that this work may not proceed in extreme weather or due to unforeseen circumstances.
