The Normanville Foreshore and Jetty Caravan Park Masterplan

Consultation Period – No end date

Although Council continues to progress with the Draft Masterplan, Council at its meeting held 29 January 2021 resolved to leave the consultation period open beyond 31 January 2021, therefore you can submit your feedback along the way.

This Masterplan is currently getting updated as resolved at the February 2021.

The plan was originally scheduled to be presented to March 2021 meeting of Council, but it was important to get the final product correct prior to consideration for adoption and this was unable to be achieved for the March meeting.

The Masterplan will now be presented to the 18 May 2021 meeting of Council.

81-83 Andrews Avenue Becoming a Permanent Open Space & Naming Competition

Consultation Period: Friday 30 April 2021 to Sunday 6 June 2021

The space informally referred to as the “Village Green” was created following Council’s purchase of the old Normanville Petrol Station at 81-83 Andrew Avenue, Normanville.

The creation was considered temporary until such time as Council determined the permanent usage of the site.

Due to popular demand of the use of the site as open space, it is now timely to ask the question if the open space should be made permanent or if an alternative usage should be considered? We seek the community’s feedback on the future of the site and suggestions for a proper name for the site.
